Dr Tara  Kidd (MRCGP, MBChB with Distinction, BSc Hons) leads the clinic. She qualified in 2004, has substantial experience in dermatology and surgery, and later trained as a GP and in medical aesthetics. Her aesthetics training includes work at Harley Street in London. 

Nurse  Leanne  Hallmark is the clinic’s aesthetic practitioner. She originally trained in surgical and medical nursing and, in 2021, transitioned into skincare and aesthetics, completing advanced training at respected academies. She offers treatments such as advanced fillers (including non‑surgical rhinoplasty), anti‑wrinkle injections and microneedling. 

Michele  Ballam heads the laser‑treatment side of the business as the laser specialist. Her background spans more than 15 years in the aesthetic and education sector; she previously lectured in beauty therapy and ran a successful laser clinic. She leads hair removal, skin rejuvenation, thread‑vein removal and pigmentation removal services. 

Erika  Jazinczky runs Resonance Massage & Beauty and specialises in massages & facials. Erika uses massage techniques in facials to naturally uplift and firm ageing skin and uses luxurious French skincare line Phytomer. Erika offers Japanese-style face lifts, medical skin detox facials with steam and extraction. Her massage technique is impressive not just on the face but also the body. 

Nomi from Thrive Nutrition offers Nutritional Therapy and Food Intolerance Testing. Nomi is an experienced practitioner specialising in addressing skin, hormonal and metabolic health conditions. She provides tailored support for issues such as acne, PCOS, weight management and type 2 diabetes. 

Gina Daniels is an Aesthetics Practitioner who has worked within the NHS for the last 10 years & holds a senior nursing position in NHS Blood and Transplant.  Gina trained in aesthetics in 2022 and has a passion for regenerative treatments with subtle enhancements that respect an individual’s unique features to create a natural and refreshed look.
