Westbourne RC is a friendly, independent running club offering weekly training sessions, social runs and occasional use of the King's Park Athletics Track in the Summer. Members often participate in the Dorset Road Race League and occasionally Wessex Cross Country League and have their own club, road and off road, championships. They welcome members of all abilities to join in.

Westbourne Running Club participates in Dorset Road Race League and occasionally Wessex Cross Country League, as well as having their own club, road and off road, championships. They welcome members of all abilities to join in. Training or social runs are organised generally on a Wednesday evening and Sunday morning. Annual membership is £34, or £15 for a social membership.
