The orchestra aims to encourage a love and appreciation for music, share the joy of playing classical music, and encourage the members' talents. They prefer to take on musicians who are already adept at their respective instrument, or have some previous experience of orchestral playing. Annual membership is £120 a year or £40 a term. It is half price for students.
