Branksome Chine Surf Lifesaving Club

Branksome Chine Surf Lifesaving club is a voluntary lifeguarding organisation that patrols the beach between the Bournemouth and Poole boundary and Flaghead Chine in Poole. They are affiliated to Surf Lifesaving Great Britain (SLSGB) and provide safety cover, patrols, public safety courses and sports training throughout the year on top of local, regional and national competitions, and social events.

There are different age groups you can join - the Nippers (8-13), Youth (13-18) and Masters (over 18's) - all of which boast welcoming, tight-knit communities. Patrols are performed alongside qualified first aiders and with high-quality equipment. Branksome Chine Surf Lifesaving club is the perfect place to develop lifeguarding skills such as first aid knowledge, better fitness, increased communication and more confidence.
